Over the Holiday Finds

These are a few of my recent finds. Surprisingly, there were a few estate sales in my area over the Christmas and New Years weekends!
Above are salt and pepper shakers. Unfortunately I couldn't find the mate for the skunk, but it was so cute, I couldn't leave him behind. He is holding his nose. (click on the image to get a better view of the skunk).
Pewter Pelican. I think it is meant to be an ashtray. One would rest their cigarette inside the mouth, the ashes would fall inside the hollow body.
A pile of old kids books, plus a book about the 1890's.
Cute little heartshaped monogrammed stickpin
And this wall plaque of Abraham Lincoln. It's not really my style, but something about it caught my eye.

Linked up to Junkin' Monday, hosted by Cottage Charm and Family Inspiration.
