Weekend Finds

Lots of good sales this week!
A couple of old books for $1 each, including an English to French Dictionary, and an art deco tin.
I just liked the cover of this one.

Halloween is really just around the corner, so I was happy to find a few Halloween related items.
A black cat figure, some pumpkin salt and pepper shakers, and 1960's Halloween book with great graphics.
A couple of funny banks - devil bank that reads, Saving Up To Raise Some Hell!
And a bowling pin bank that reads Pin-Money Bank.

Ceramic Swan with an open back - maybe for salt? A cute little white and gold porcelain scoop,
Grape salt and pepper shakers with a silver base.
And a cute little bird dish. I think it is a cigar rest, but I thought it would be perfect to hold business cards.

  8. Visiting from Southern Hospitality. I think the silver bird dish would be used to hold a pipe, but I like the way you made it a business card holder!
