Gingerbread

It's the perfect time of the year to make gingerbread.
I used a recipe from Ina Garten - her Old-Fashioned Gingerbread. You can find the recipe here.
Mixed up all the ingredients.
The special ingredient in this recipe is the crystallized ginger. It adds such a wonderful flavor.
Going in to the oven.
Coming out of the oven.
Ready to eat!
