This weekend I went to a bunch of Estate Sales, and this is what came home with me.
A ceramic Humpty Dumpty Teapot.
Interesting jewelry box. It has a Godey's Americanized Paris Fashion 1851 print as the lid.
Little Christmas pixies. Their hats cover their faces.
A large silver waffle server with a pretty pattern.
An old iron receipt spike. I love these even though I have no use for them.
Pink depression glass divided relish bowl, and wire whisks.

I must say you did really well and my favorite has to be the pink depression glass dish! I also am intrigued by the Christmas Pixies!!
ReplyDeletenice grabs.....turn the receipt spike upside down and stick it in the ground or a planter and sit a mercury glass or glass ball on it. or better yet..a pumpkin in the fall which is now on the way since tomorrow the days will start being shorter!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe pixies are super cute!! I am with you on the receipt holder. I love door knobs and the vintage metals around and the hinges... all such detail. I have tons of them with no real use. Oh well, they make us happy right!?!
ReplyDeleteNeat finds. I like the receipt spike!
