Silver Sunday

On my travels through antique stores, thrift stores, estate sales, etc., I am always on the lookout for interesting silver pieces. I am particularly drawn to flatware and serving pieces. These are some of my favorites, found over the last year or so. Above are my collection of silver napkin rings.
Antique creamer and sugar from the late 1800's. They are monogrammed with the initials MS.
Silver Spooner that holds 12 spoons. It has a bird on top of the lid.
Cute little owl salt and pepper shakers.
Beautiful Art Nouveau spoons.

Linking up to Silver Sunday, hosted by Gypsy Fish Journal. Stop by to see other silver treasures.

  7. Amazing silver pieces! I love the monogram on the napkin ring and on the cream and sugar bowl...just adds that bit of history...making you wonder who they belonged to. The silver spooner is very cool. I don't think I've seen one before.

  18. Sorry I missed this one earlier. I've limited time to visit and am trying to catch up. Thanks for sharing these. I, too, have a collection of silver napkin rings. They are such fun to bring back from travels in France. Just the right size to tote back home. LOL
